Canon EF 300mm f/2.8 L IS II USM is a fast autofocus prime lens with image stabilization and ultra-sonic motor for SLR cameras.
The optical scheme comprises 16/12 (2F). Thanks to minimum aperture ratio of f/2.8 enables shooting in low lighting conditions without a tripod or a flash. Thanks to the 9-bladed aperture, the subjects located outside the depth of field are shown with very smooth features. Equipped with a silent ultrasonic motor providing fast and quiet autofocusing. The Image Stabilizer gives the equivalent effect of a shutter speed.
