Canon EF 300mm f/2.8 L USM is a fast autofocus prime lens with ultra-sonic motor for SLR cameras.
The optical scheme comprises 10 elements in 8 groups. Thanks to minimum aperture ratio of f/2.8 enables shooting in low lighting conditions without a tripod or a flash. Thanks to the 8-bladed aperture, the subjects located outside the depth of field are shown with very smooth features. Equipped with a silent ultrasonic motor providing fast and quiet autofocusing.
This lens has a size of 253 mm. The lens of this size it is difficult to carry. This lens weighs 2855 grams, given the weight of the camera, it may deliver long wearing problems.
