Leitz Wetzlar Elmarit-R 90mm f/2.8 is a manual focus prime lens for SLR cameras.
The optical scheme comprises 5 elements in 4 groups. Thanks to the 9-bladed aperture, the subjects located outside the depth of field are shown with very smooth features.
This lens has a size of 72 mm. This is a normal size, very convenient in everyday use. This lens weighs 500 grams, given the weight of the camera, it may deliver long wearing problems. Is perfect for portraiture and plener photos. Leitz Wetzlar Elmarit-R 90mm f/2.8 went on sale in 1964. Currently out of production (1983) and is no longer available.
