Meyer-Optik Görlitz Telemegor 250mm f/5.5 is a manual focus prime lens for Medium Format SLR system.
The optical scheme comprises 4 elements in 2 groups. Thanks to the 15-bladed aperture, this lens has a beautiful bokeh, the subjects located outside the depth of field are shown with highly circular features. This feature will be appreciated by professional filmmakers and photographers taking portrait photos.
This lens has a size of 135 mm. This is a normal size, very convenient in everyday use. This lens weighs 460 grams, given the weight of the camera, it may deliver long wearing problems. Minimum focusing distance 3.5 m is only for shooting distant objects. Meyer-Optik Görlitz Telemegor 250mm f/5.5 went on sale in 1957. Currently out of production (1963) and is no longer available.
