Sigma DC APO 50-150mm f/2.8 EX HSM is a autofocus zoom lens with ultra-sonic motor for half-frame SLR system.
Equivalent focal length is 77.5...232.5 mm. The optical scheme comprises 18 elements in 14 groups (4SLD). Thanks to the 9-bladed aperture, the subjects located outside the depth of field are shown with very smooth features. Equipped with a silent ultrasonic motor providing fast and quiet autofocusing.
This lens has a size of 135 mm. This is a normal size, very convenient in everyday use. This lens weighs 770 grams, given the weight of the camera, it may deliver long wearing problems. Mounting the filter has a common size. Sigma DC APO 50-150mm f/2.8 EX HSM went on sale in 2006. Currently out of production (2008) and is no longer available.
