SMC Pentax 18mm f/3.5 is a manual focus prime lens for SLR cameras.
The optical scheme comprises 12 elements in 11 groups. Due to the fact that lens has 5-bladed aperture, the subjects located outside the depth of field may be shown which the nuts-effect in the bokeh.
This lens has a size of 62 mm. This is a normal size, very convenient in everyday use. The weight of this lens (295 grams) is suitable for everyday use. The lens is suitable for shooting near objects. Mounting the filter has a common size. SMC Pentax 18mm f/3.5 went on sale in 1975. Currently out of production (1985) and is no longer available.
