Triplet-43 40mm f/4 is a manual focus prime lens for SLR cameras.
The optical scheme comprises 3 elements anastigmat. Thanks to the 8-bladed aperture, the subjects located outside the depth of field are shown with very smooth features.
This lens has a size of 16 mm. It is very compact and pocket-size. The weight of this lens is very small (47 grams) and is almost invisible against the background of the weight of the camera. Triplet-43 40mm f/4 went on sale in 1953. Currently out of production (1992) and is no longer available.
